C002 [Ledger] Here lyeth the body of/ Jamima the wife of/ Willm HENSBY/ she departed this/ life December the 12th 1744/ in the 76 year of her age

1202 [Cross on headstone] In/ affectionate/ remembrance of/ Frederick Charles COX/ who died December 16 – 1874/ aged 2 years/ also of/ Sarah Ellen COX/ who died December 24 1874/ aged 4 years/ Voices are from our household gone/ voices we     love/ but now in Heaven they are heard/ where all is peace and love

1203 [Headstone in iron rail] Thy will be done/ This stone is erected by/ friends and pupils as a mark/ of respect and esteem in/ fond remembrance of/ Horace Beck SCOTT/ who for 5 years faithfully/ discharged the duties of/ pupil teacher in the Helhoughton/ school and was called to his rest/ April 15th 1882/ aged 21 years/ Had God asked us well we know/ we would cry Oh spare this blow/ yes with streaming tear would say/ Lord we love him let him stay/ But the Lord doth nought amiss/ and since He has ordered this/ we have nought to do but still/ rest in silence on His will

2101 In the midst of life we are in death/ In loving memory/ of/ Gertrude Mary/ the deeply beloved daughter of the late/ John & Ann WATERS/ (Paxfield)/ who died April 25th 1925/ aged 39 years [BR says of Brighton, Sussex]/ At rest/ We loved her here no tongue can tell/ how much we loved her and how well/ Christ loved her too and thought it best/ to take her home with Him to rest
